The Cormier's Kamp K9® : Kamper Enrollment

Thank you for inquiring about enrolling your dog in our Day Care program. Our first and foremost concern is the safety and well being of your best friend while in our care. Therefore, to ensure your dog has the best possible experience at KAMP K9Ž we ask ALL potential kampers to go through a three-phase introduction to our day care program.

This is the interview and introduction to day care. Our interview times are at 10:00am weekdays. The duration of the interview is dependent on how quickly your dog adapts to the day care group. If all goes well and both you and your dog are comfortable with the day care environment, we will have your dog stay with us for a few hours. During this time we will work to introduce and acclimate your dog to the environment and to ensure they are having the best experience possible. The initial introduction period is key to creating a bond of trust between your dog and the kounselors on duty. We set a pick-up time for this first phase of between 12:00 and 12:30pm. This ensures that the first visit is a positive one and not too overwhelming.	Within one week of the interview we want to schedule a morning introduction visit for your dog. The drop-off time for this visit should be between 7:00 and 7:30am to allow your dog to be one of the first "Kampers" to arrive. This allows for your dog to become part of the morning greeting committee. Pickup time for this day is also between 12:00 and 12:30pm.	This LAST step in the Enrollment process is a full day of day care with a recommended drop-off time of between 7:00 and 8:00am and a required pickup time of before 6:00pm. The pickup time is so your dog doesn't get too stressed by seeing all of his/her new friend's leave before them.

Once your dog has successfully completed all three phases of our Enrollment process, your dog will become an official KAMP K9Ž Kamper. You will then be welcome to schedule day care for your dog according to your needs, keeping in mind our requirement of a minimum of 4 visits per month. Monthly Planners specifically for this purpose are always available in the office.

Party Pasture: Have you ever been to the dog park on a beautiful spring day, just to have your great time with your dog spoiled by an unsocial dog or an inconsiderate parent? KAMP K9® has a solution - get a bunch of your friends together with their dogs and rent our Party Pasture. Our Party Pasture is over 6000 sq. ft. of grass in a safe, fully enclosed area on our property. Try out some agility equipment, have a great time playing fetch, or even have a birthday party! Times and availability are dependent on weather and other scheduled activities. Call for more details.
