Policies & Fees
Daycare Daily Fee..........................................................................$40
Frequent Kamper Card (FKC)......................................................$325
10 Pre-paid daycare visits — must be used within 60 days of purchase
Mini-FKC...........................................................................................$175
5 Pre-paid daycare visits — must be used within 30 days of purchase
Bunkhouse Nightly Fee.................................................................$15
This fee does not include daycare, which is charged at the Daycare Daily rate,
or a pre-paid FKC visit may be used.
Late Fees.........................................................................................$25/each 15 minutes
Late fees are assessed for drop-off’s after 9am and pick-up’s after
the close of business for the day, and are due at the time of pick-up.
Medications.....................................................................................$5
With the exception of oral medication which can be administered via meals,
all other medications required to be administered during Daycare and/or
Bunkhouse stays will be assessed an additional fee of $5 per day.
Example: Eye drops, ear medication, flea protection, etc.
Daycare Cancellations:
Cancellations for daycare reservations must be received by no later than 10am
on the WEEKDAY prior to the scheduled reservation. Otherwise, a Late Cancellation
fee of $35 or one FKC visit will be assessed. Additionally, if you miss your scheduled
reservation, a No-Show fee as referenced above will apply.
Payments:
Payments are due at the time services are rendered. All fees quoted above are
cash discount costs. All major credit cards are accepted.
OFFICE HOURS:
Monday thru Thursday from 7am until 7pm
and
Friday from 7am until 6pm
Daycare and Bunkhouse Drop-off Hours are
Monday thru Friday from 7am until 9am
WE ARE CLOSED ON SATURDAY & SUNDAY
